This assignment supported the strategic transition of the Organization of African First Ladies against HIV/AIDS (OAFLA) into the broader-focused Organization of African First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD). It included the development of a new strategic plan to guide operations, policy direction, and coordination among 41 African Member States committed to advancing health and development initiatives across the continent.
