Development of Detailed Business Plan and Governance Documents.
This assignment supported the formulation of a comprehensive business plan and governance framework for PASA. Deliverables included developing a framework for sanitation sector evaluation through participatory engagement with member states and key stakeholders, as well as preparing a monitoring and evaluation framework to guide implementation of the business plan.
