Preparation of a Strategic Sanitation Investment Plan.
This assignment involved preparing a strategic sanitation investment plan outlining a phased approach to improving sanitation and related services. The plan included realistic proposals for achieving county-wide inclusive sanitation, identifying priority policy and institutional interventions, and infrastructure investments for short, medium, and long-term implementation. It also included the development of a methodology and criteria for prioritizing investments, and summarized key knowledge gaps and technical studies required to advance the proposed priorities.
