Review of Africa REACH 2023–2025 Strategic Plan.
This review mainly assessed the implementation of the Africa REACH Strategic Plan 2023–2025, outcomes, and challenges. The evaluation aimed to examine the areas of success and areas requiring improvement under the strategy’s key result areas. The review was both summative and formative: it primarily aimed to measure the outcomes of the strategy implementation and progress made, including challenges.

Africa REACH
Development of the Africa REACH Strategic Plan (2023–2025).
Commissioned by the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) and the Desmond Tutu Health Foundation (DTHF), this assignment involved the development of a three-year strategy for Africa REACH — an advocacy initiative dedicated to reigniting focus on the AIDS pandemic among children and youth. The strategy provides a framework to accelerate progress toward achieving the global goal of ending AIDS by 2030.
