Development of the Beyond Zero Strategic Plan (2023–2027).
This assignment involved developing the successor strategy to the Strategic Framework for the Engagement of the First Lady in the Promotion of Healthy Lives and Well-being of Women, Children and Adolescents (2018–2022). Key elements included a comprehensive review and refresh of Beyond Zero’s vision, mission, values, and theory of change; assessment of the 2018–2022 plan and its implementation; and identification of new goals, guiding principles, and thematic priorities for 2023–2027.
