Finn Church Aid Kenya Country Programme Evaluation 2024.
This assignment evaluated the effectiveness of FCA’s work in Kenya between 2018 and 2023. By analyzing internal program cycles and external contextual changes, the evaluation identified key successes, challenges, and contributing factors. The ultimate goal was to provide evidence-based recommendations to inform FCA’s future programming in Kenya and across other country operations.

End Term Evaluation of Circular Economy: Business From Waste for Women in Nairobi and Mombasa.
This evaluation assessed project performance and impact, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned during implementation. It analyzed the project’s influence on livelihoods, environmental practices, and women’s economic empowerment, and provided actionable recommendations to guide the planning of Phase II (2024–2026) and inform the project’s exit and sustainability strategies.
